Exchanges and Returns
You can realize the return of a product but can´t make exchanges outside Spain. Due to the elevated shipping costs, if you desire to change an article, you first have to return it to the address indicated below, we will refund you the amount of your order, so you can make a new one.
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unused, unwashed, in the original selling condition.
Procedure to make a return outside Spain:
You can contact us at email@example.com, specifying your order number.
Then, you can return the product to the following address:

After checking the conditions of the article, we will proceed to the refund of the amount of your order. Shipping costs will be charged by the customer.
In the case your order contains a broken or defective product, you have to contact us via: firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the problem and send us some pictures if necessary. Once the damages considered, we will proceed to an instantaneous exchange, or a refund of the entire amount of your order, including shipping costs.
